COVR Operating Room Technician (CVOR) in Millbrook, AL

Schedule:

• 8-hour day shifts
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CVOR Tech or in a similar cardiovascular surgical setting
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong knowledge of CVOR instruments, supplies, and procedures
• Proficient in maintaining sterile techniques and supporting operating room protocols
• Current certification or eligibility as required by the state
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and instruments for cardiovascular procedures
• Assist surgeons and nurses during cardiac operations by anticipating needs
• Ensure strict adherence to sterile field and safety guidelines
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies for CVOR procedures
• Document procedural details and communicate effectively with the surgical team
• Support patient care through meticulous attention to detail and responsiveness
