Schedule:
- 8-hour day shifts
- Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a CVOR Tech in a high-acuity surgical environment
- Proficiency in handling and maintaining cardiovascular surgical instruments and supplies
- Current certification (such as CVOR Tech or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of sterile field standards and surgical protocols
- Ability to anticipate the needs of surgeons during cardiovascular procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in fast-paced settings
- BLS certification required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain, and verify cardiovascular surgical instruments and equipment
- Assist surgeons and nursing staff in complex procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor the sterile field and provide necessary supplies and instruments
- Diligently document case progress and maintain records in accordance with healthcare standards
- Support the safe and efficient turnover of operating rooms between procedures
- Routinely collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to uphold quality and safety measures

$2,064 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
