Desired Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) and/or equivalent CVOR Tech credentials
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a CVOR Tech in an acute care or hospital environment
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification, ACLS preferred
• In-depth knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical instruments, and cardiovascular procedures
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
