Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program or relevant training
• Previous experience as a CVOR Tech or in a cardiovascular operating room setting strongly preferred
• Valid BLS and/or ACLS certification (current or eligible)
• Demonstrated knowledge of sterile technique and cardiovascular procedures
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist surgical teams with specialized cardiovascular procedures
• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields and equipment
• Ensure all instrumentation is accounted for before, during, and after procedures
• Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and surgical team
• Adhere to stringent safety and infection control standards
