Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current certification as a CVOR Tech or equivalent experience in a cardiovascular operating room
• Proficiency in scrubbing procedures for cardiac and vascular surgeries
• Strong understanding of surgical instruments, sterile techniques, and OR protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in fast-paced settings
• Accredited training program completion preferred

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Assist surgical teams by providing technical support during open-heart and vascular procedures
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields, setup instruments, and ensure all equipment is functioning optimally
• Adhere to infection control and patient safety standards at all times
• Monitor supply levels and support inventory management within the OR
• Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, and other surgical personnel
