Schedule / Hours:

• Travel role with variable scheduling based on surgical caseload and department needs

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a CVOR Tech or in a cardiovascular surgical environment
• Proficient scrubbing skills for open heart and cardiovascular cases
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary OR team
• Current certification in Surgical Technology (preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrub and assist on cardiovascular/open heart surgical procedures
• Prepare and manage surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Handle specimens, media, medication, and instrument cases as required
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, anesthesiologists, and support staff to deliver safe patient care
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and safety protocols
