Schedule/Hours:

Responsibilities:

• Scrubbing for surgical cases, especially in cardiovascular and open heart surgeries
• Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and nursing staff as a pivotal OR team member
• Preparing, handling, and passing instruments, supplies, medications, and specimens
• Managing instrument cases and participating in maintaining a sterile field
• Supporting efficient surgical workflows in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a CVOR Tech, including direct cardiovascular/open heart experience
• Ability to work under general supervision, adapting to various leadership and workplace standards
• Strong teamwork skills and a focus on patient safety
• Reliable knowledge of sterile technique and instrument handling
