Qualifications:

• Current certification as a CVOR Technologist and nursing credentials as required
• Previous experience in cardiovascular OR or related surgical settings preferred
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced and ever-changing clinical environments
• BLS and additional certifications as applicable

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the operating room for cardiac procedures
• Assist the surgical team during cardiovascular operations, ensuring sterile technique and optimal patient safety
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain surgical equipment relevant to CVOR
• Collaborate closely with nurses, surgeons, and anesthesia professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold quality and safety standards
