Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and monitor CVOR equipment and instruments before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Support complex cardiovascular surgeries, working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and circulating nurses
• Ensure a sterile, organized environment to facilitate smooth workflows and positive patient outcomes
• Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and transport as needed
• Adhere to the highest standards for infection prevention, safety, and quality assurance
