Qualifications:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential or equivalent training required
- Previous experience supporting cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) operations preferred
- Ability to function efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced surgical environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to best practices in patient safety and infection control
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment for CVOR procedures
- Assist surgeons and nursing staff during cardiovascular surgeries
