Schedule:
• 3x12 Rotating Shift

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a CVOR Tech
• Active Pennsylvania licensure and credentialing required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Credentialed as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Tech in Surgery-Certified (TSC)
• Completion of PA Act 31, PA Act 33, PA Act 34, and PA Act 73 requirements

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in complex cardiovascular operating room procedures alongside surgeons and nursing staff
• Ensure proper setup, functionality, and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment
• Maintain a sterile environment and enforce infection control practices
• Prepare and manage surgical supplies and materials as needed
• Support and communicate effectively within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team
• Accurately document procedures and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
