Qualifications:

• Current certification as a CVOR Tech or equivalent
• Proven experience in cardiovascular operating room procedures
• Familiarity with instrumentation, sterile techniques, and surgical protocols
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Valid BLS and/or ACLS certification (as required)
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety and care excellence

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms for cardiovascular surgeries, ensuring all necessary equipment and instruments are sterile and available
• Assist surgeons and nursing staff during procedures by managing surgical tools and room setup
• Monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and respond promptly to intraoperative needs
• Adhere rigorously to infection control standards and facility safety policies
• Assist with surgical specimen preparation and proper documentation
• Maintain detailed logs and records in compliance with organizational protocols
• Participate in post-operative room turnover and equipment sterilization

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
