Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the cardiovascular operating room for scheduled and emergency procedures
• Assist surgical staff before, during, and after procedures, ensuring all instruments and supplies are available and sterile
• Scrub and circulate in a variety of cardiovascular cases
• Monitor and maintain a sterile environment, adhering to strict protocols for infection control
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other techs
• Demonstrate adaptability in responding to rapidly changing clinical demands

Ideal Qualifications:

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CVOR specialty preferred)
• Recent experience in a cardiovascular OR setting
• Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced surgical environments
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to patient care
