Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a CVOR Tech, particularly with cardiovascular/open heart procedures
• Familiarity with the functions and responsibilities of an OR Tech—scrubbing, instrument handling, support in surgical cases
• Team-player willing to engage effectively with nurses, surgeons, and ancillary personnel
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrubbing for complex surgical cases under supervision from surgical management
• Preparing, managing, and passing instruments, supplies, and medications as needed during procedures
• Assuring proper handling of specimens and instrument cases
• Collaborating efficiently within a multidisciplinary OR team to provide optimal patient care
