Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent relevant certification
• Minimum of 2 years recent CVOR experience in a hospital setting
• Current BLS certification (required)
• Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical procedures
• Adaptable and team-oriented with excellent communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support surgeons and the surgical team during all cardiovascular procedures
• Prepare and maintain the surgical field, instruments, and supplies
• Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and safety processes
• Anticipate and react dynamically to surgical team needs
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation
