Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment; flexible weekly schedules to meet operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential, or equivalent
• Minimum of one year recent experience as a CVOR Tech
• Comprehensive knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Scrubbing experience in cardiovascular OR settings

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the CVOR environment for procedures
• Ensure appropriate instrumentation and equipment are available and sterile
• Work closely with surgeons, RNs, and anesthesia team to deliver optimal patient care
• Monitor and inventory surgical supplies
• Adhere to infection control guidelines and hospital protocols
• Assist with room turnover and patient transport as needed
