Qualifications:

• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist the surgical team during cardiovascular operations, maintaining sterile field and instruments
• Prepare the operating room according to surgical case requirements
• Ensure equipment and supplies are properly maintained and available
• Collaborate with nurses, surgeons, and anesthesia providers for seamless patient care
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times
