Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year recent experience as a CVOR Tech or in a nursing role within the operating room
• Proficiency with cardiovascular operating room equipment and sterile field preparation
• national certification (preferred)
• Current BLS certification
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability in a team-oriented setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for cardiovascular surgeries
• Assist surgeons and RNs throughout operative procedures
• Manage and organize surgical instruments and supplies
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Support post-operative care and monitoring as needed
