Qualifications:

• Active certification as a CVOR Tech or Surgical Technologist with strong cardiovascular operating room experience
• BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Previous travel experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills

Responsibilities:

• Ensure sterile field and appropriate instrumentation for complex cardiac and vascular procedures
• Assist surgeons and circulating nurses during operations, anticipating procedural needs
• Maintain and operate specialized CVOR equipment
• Uphold rigorous standards of patient safety and infection control
• Participate in unit-based quality improvement and continuing education
