Key Qualifications:

  • Current and valid LPN license
  • Previous experience in an acute care, sub-acute, or long-term care environment is preferred
  • Strong communication and critical-thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • BLS certification (required)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with direct patient care under supervision of RNs and medical staff
  • Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records
  • Monitor patient status, report changes, and respond to emergencies appropriately
  • Provide patient and family education and support
  • Ensure adherence to infection control procedures and facility protocols
