Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active, unencumbered LPN license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Minimum of one year of recent nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with basic patient care activities, including hygiene, mobility, and comfort
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
  • Support RNs and physicians in the delivery of care and patient education
  • Contribute to discharge planning and patient instruction as needed
  • Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety standards
