Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of RNs or physicians, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and supporting patients’ daily living activities.

- Assist with diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to coordinate care and promote positive patient outcomes.
- Support infection control protocols and uphold the facility’s health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Foster a compassionate and respectful environment for all patients.
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted LPN license.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
- Recent experience in a clinical or acute care setting preferred.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical technology.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Current BLS certification (may be required based on facility standards).
