Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to coordinate care and promote positive patient outcomes.
  • Support infection control protocols and uphold the facility’s health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
  • Foster a compassionate and respectful environment for all patients.

Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted LPN license.
  • Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
  • Recent experience in a clinical or acute care setting preferred.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical technology.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Current BLS certification (may be required based on facility standards).
