Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications, track vital signs, dress wounds, and assist with mobility as required by patient care plans
  • Support physicians and registered nurses during patient exams and procedures
  • Accurately document all care provided, following all compliance and patient privacy regulations
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure optimal care outcomes
  • Observe patients and promptly report any changes in condition

Qualifications:

  • Current and active LPN license
  • Successful completion of an accredited LPN program
  • Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred
  • Strong assessment and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • CPR/BLS certification required
