Role Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, record, and report patient symptoms, vital signs, and responses to treatment
  • Administer medications, treatments, and assist with procedures as directed by RN or physician
  • Support patient comfort, hygiene, and mobility needs

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of clinical activities
  • Participate in patient and family education as appropriate
