Qualifications/Experience:
- Current and unrestricted LPN license
- Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- Recent clinical experience as an LPN in a healthcare facility
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical staff
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and report changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments following protocols
- Document patient care activities accurately and maintain up-to-date records
- Provide patient and family education, ensuring understanding of care instructions
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive patient environment
