Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active and unencumbered LPN license
  • Previous clinical experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred
  • Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to delivering patient-centered care
  • Current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new routines and work collaboratively with diverse teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
  • Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes promptly to supervising RN or physician
  • Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and attention to safety guidelines
  • Support patients with activities of daily living and health education
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Uphold infection control standards and facility policies
