Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time assignment; shift details provided during interview process
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and unencumbered LPN license
- Previous clinical experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care
- Current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Ability to adapt quickly to new routines and work collaboratively with diverse teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes promptly to supervising RN or physician
- Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and attention to safety guidelines
- Support patients with activities of daily living and health education
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care
- Uphold infection control standards and facility policies
