Qualifications:

  • Active LPN license in good standing
  • Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting strongly preferred
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Strong communication and patient assessment skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians
  • Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions accurately
  • Administer medications and assist with treatments as ordered
  • Educate patients and families on care plans and health maintenance
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory guidelines and facility protocols
