Qualifications:

  • Current and active LPN license
  • Previous experience in a clinical nursing setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems is desirable
  • CPR/BLS certification required

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
  • Monitor, record, and report changes in patients’ condition
  • Perform routine nursing procedures and assist with patient assessments
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility protocols
  • Support patient education efforts and provide emotional support to patients and families
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Adhere to all safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards
