A leading healthcare facility in San Jose, CA is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver exceptional patient care as part of a collaborative clinical team. Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current, valid LPN license
  • Previous LPN experience in an acute care or similar healthcare setting preferred
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
  • Current BLS certification
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, effective nursing care under the supervision of RNs and physicians
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care
  • Uphold infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times
  • Support patients’ emotional and physical needs with professionalism and empathy
