A leading healthcare facility in San Jose, CA is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver exceptional patient care as part of a collaborative clinical team. Qualifications and Experience:
- Current, valid LPN license
- Previous LPN experience in an acute care or similar healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Current BLS certification
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, effective nursing care under the supervision of RNs and physicians
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care
- Uphold infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times
- Support patients’ emotional and physical needs with professionalism and empathy
