Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current, active LPN license
  • Previous experience in an acute care or clinical setting preferred
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Willingness to adapt to new practices and protocols as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications and treatments as ordered
  • Collect vital signs, monitor patient status, and report significant findings to the RN or provider
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records
  • Educate patients and families on care procedures and health maintenance
  • Support physicians and registered nurses during examinations and procedures
  • Uphold infection control and safety standards within the care environment
