Take on a leadership role as the Nurse Supervisor within a newly launched pharmacy and infusion suite, dedicated to delivering both acute and specialty infusion therapies in outpatient and home settings. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced nurse leader ready to shape best practices and set standards for a rapidly growing program. As the sole nurse initially, you will pioneer high-quality patient care, oversee the future growth of the team, and ensure smooth, compliant operations.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (variable)
- On-call rotation including nights and weekends
- Patient visits may require up to a one-hour drive in one direction
- Home visits may include pets or environments with cigarette smoke
Desired Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN required; MSN preferred)
- Current RN license in good standing
- At least 2 years of recent experience in home infusion, specialty infusion, home health, oncology, nutrition support, IV therapy, or critical care
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or administrative management within the last 5 years in home health/infusion or a related setting
- Pediatric nursing background preferred
- Clinical expertise in IV therapies, vascular access devices, and monitoring
- Advanced certifications (CRNI, ONS, IgRN) encouraged
- Skilled in staff management, onboarding, education, policy implementation, and workflow oversight
- Proficient in MS Office; strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Valid driver’s license, comfortable with local travel
- Emergency availability during operating hours and for urgent situations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect infusion therapy in clinic and patient homes
- Oversee compliance, documentation, and regulatory standards
- Develop, train, and support future nursing and allied staff
- Collaborate on new policy development and process improvement
- Participate in on-call rotation, responding to urgent clinical and operational needs
