Supervisor Nurse Manager in Arlington, VA

Step into a pivotal leadership role as a Nurse Supervisor, overseeing a newly established pharmacy and infusion suite. This is an exciting opportunity to build a high-performing team from the ground up, initially serving as the sole nurse responsible for both in-clinic and in-home patient care. You’ll deliver acute and specialty infusion therapies, ensuring a seamless experience for patients while growing clinical operations in an evolving healthcare setting.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm (variable)
• Participation in on-call rotation (nights & weekends)
• Ability to drive up to 1 hour one way to patient homes
• Must be comfortable providing care in homes with pets and smokers

Key Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN required; MSN preferred)
• Current RN license in good standing
• At least 2 years of recent nursing experience in home infusion, specialty infusion, home health, oncology, critical care, nutrition support, or IV therapy
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or administrative management within the last 5 years in a home health/infusion/related program
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Expertise in IV therapies, vascular access management, and all IV lines
• Familiar with MS Office and able to manage clinical documentation
• Valid driver’s license
• Availability during operating hours and for emergency situations

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care, ensuring implementation of physician orders
• Coordinate and develop staffing plans and clinical workflows
• Oversee orientation, training, ongoing competency, and supervised visits for future staff
• Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with requirements
• Collaborate with management on program development and policy implementation
• Respond to emergencies and provide on-call support to ensure continuous high-quality patient care

Compensation for this position is up to $120k depending on experience.
