Step into an exciting leadership opportunity at a newly established pharmacy and infusion suite, serving both acute and specialty drug infusion needs. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary nurse, overseeing operations and delivering exceptional patient care both in the infusion suite and in patients’ homes. This unique position offers up to $134,000 for qualified candidates ready to be instrumental in building a strong clinical team and fostering high standards of care as the department grows.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with variable hours
  • On-call rotation (including nights and weekends)
  • Travel up to one hour in one direction to patient homes as needed
  • Work environments may include patient homes with animals or where cigarette smoke is present

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BSN required; MSN preferred
  • Active RN license in good standing
  • At least one year of supervisory/administrative experience in home health, infusion, or a related field within the past five years
  • Experience in home infusion, specialty infusion, home health, oncology, nutrition support, IV therapy, or critical care (minimum two years)
  • Pediatric nursing experience is ideal
  • Advanced specialty certification (CRNI, ONS, IgRN) is a plus
  • Clinical expertise in IV therapies and vascular access
  • Strong ability to manage and train staff, enforce standards, and implement new protocols
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect skilled nursing care in both suite and home settings
  • Oversee department operations, orientation, and ongoing staff development
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and regulatory-compliant documentation
  • Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members
  • Respond promptly to emergencies; maintain availability during and outside of operating hours
  • Ensure compliance with clinical and administrative protocols
  • Participate in developing and evaluating departmental policies and procedures
