Exciting opportunities await an experienced nursing professional to lead a new pharmacy and infusion suite specializing in both acute and specialty drug therapies. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on building processes from the ground up and delivering high-quality patient care both onsite and in patient homes.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm (variable)
  • On-call rotation; emergency availability required
  • Travel up to 1 hour each way for home visits
  • Must be comfortable working in varied home environments, including with pets and exposure to cigarette smoke

Key Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN required, MSN preferred)
  • Active RN licensure in good standing
  • At least 2 years’ experience in home infusion, specialty infusion, home health, oncology, nutrition support, IV therapy, or critical care; pediatric experience a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of recent supervisory or administrative management experience in home health, infusion, or related field
  • Proficiency in all types of IV therapies and vascular access devices
  • Advanced certifications (e.g., CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred
  • Valid driver’s license, able to travel for patient care
  • Comfortable functioning independently and available during all operating hours for patient needs and emergencies
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills; proficiency with MS Office

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect skilled nursing care in both suite and home settings
  • Manage and implement physician orders
  • Oversee selection, training, orientation, and development of future staff
  • Ensure timely and compliant documentation and billing processes
  • Participate in planning, decision-making, and policy development
  • Maintain clinical competencies and licensure
  • Respond promptly to emergent situations and ensure continuity of care
