Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or Surgical Tech in orthopedic-related procedures
- Exposure to general surgery, hand, foot/ankle, sports medicine, total joint with robotic systems (Mako, Rosa, Cori), and solid spine ortho
- Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgery techniques and instruments preferred
- NBSTSA certification preferred but not mandatory
- Current BLS certification required
- Ability to respond promptly when on call (30-minute call-back requirement)
Position Details:
- Schedule: 10-hour day shifts with scheduled call rotations, including weekends and holidays
- Call demands approximately 8 calls over a six-week period with a minimum 2-hour call back
- Start date: Within 2 weeks
- Orientation is conducted once credentialing is complete
- Credential submission deadline: Thursday prior to start (including drug screening, CBC, and TB testing)
