This dynamic role offers exceptional professional growth in a renowned main operating room, home to 16 state-of-the-art OR suites. Work alongside experienced teams and innovative surgeons while expanding your clinical skills in complex procedures such as total joints, spine, transplant surgeries (kidney/liver), robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics. As part of a high-performing surgical team, you’ll be exposed to diverse workplace practices and leadership styles, giving your resume an impressive edge.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Self-scheduling after initial orientation
  • On-call required: typically 8–12 calls per 8-week period, including weekends

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid DORA and NBSTSA certifications
  • Able to respond to call within 30 minutes
  • Strong surgical technical skills
  • Willingness to take call shifts, including weekends

Preferred Experience:

  • 3+ years of ORT experience
  • Background in transplant and/or spine procedures

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments
  • Assist the surgical team with complex procedures and use of advanced surgical technology
  • Follow strict operating room policies and protocols
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
