Professionals working in this state-of-the-art 16-operating-room unit enjoy exposure to a wide array of advanced surgical procedures, such as total joint replacements, spine surgeries, transplants, robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics. Handling complex and innovative cases will build your expertise, making your resume stand out and broadening your perspective through diverse workplace practices and seasoned surgical teams. The facility fosters autonomy and flexibility with a collaborative environment by allowing candidates to self-schedule following their initial shift assignments, accommodating your lifestyle and pace.
Schedule/Hours:
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No set schedules after the first round—self-scheduling is encouraged
- On-call is required on weekends (8–12 on-call shifts per 8 weeks)
Qualifications/Experience
- Active DORA and NBSTSA certification
- Ability to respond within 30 minutes while on-call
- Preferred: 3+ years’ surgical experience, especially in transplant and/or spine
- Experience with advanced technologies and EMR (Meditech)

- Circulate and scrub across multiple specialties, such as robotics and transplants
- Collaborate with an experienced team to ensure safe, efficient operative care
- Respond efficiently to emergent and on-call situations
