Work alongside accomplished surgical teams and gain hands-on experience utilizing advanced technology, including Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot systems in a state-of-the-art facility. This opportunity immerses you in Level 1 trauma care, exposing you to a wide range of specialties and leadership styles, enriching your clinical expertise and broadening your career portfolio.
Schedule:
- 3x12 hr Day shifts (7:00 am – 7:00 pm)
- 1:4 weekends (12-hour shifts)
- One overnight trauma call (11:00 pm – 7:00 am); specialty team call as scheduled
- Guaranteed 36–48 hours/week
Qualifications:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the operating room; Level 1 trauma experience essential
- Experience with specialties such as General, GU/GYN, Ortho Trauma/Joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, Endovascular preferred
- Flexible, accountable, punctual, and a strong team player
Responsibilities:
- Assist in all aspects of surgical procedures in a 26-bed OR
- Maintain 1:1 patient ratios, ensuring safety and best practices
- Collaborate efficiently with a multidisciplinary team
- Adhere to departmental protocols and deliver exceptional patient care
- Wear teal scrubs (provided)
