Schedule

• 3x12-hour day shifts (7:00 am – 7:00 pm)
• Preferred schedule: 48 hours per week (36 hours minimum accepted)
• 1:4 weekends (12-hour shifts)
• Overnight on-call rotation (11:00 pm – 7:00 am for trauma; specialty team call as per assignment)

Role Overview You'll be an integral part of a dynamic 26-bed operating room, encountering a wide spectrum of surgical specialties and working closely with expert teams. This is an exceptional opportunity to expand your knowledge with advanced equipment such as Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive robotics, and to gain exposure to Level 1 trauma cases in a high-acuity environment.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant operating room or surgical tech experience
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
• Level 1 trauma experience is essential
• Preferred exposure to: General, GU/GYN, Ortho trauma, Ortho joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, Endovascular
• High accountability, team-oriented mindset, excellent punctuality, and flexibility

Primary Responsibilities

• Scrub in and assist for a variety of complex surgical cases
• Maintain aseptic technique and manage surgical instruments and supplies
• Collaborate efficiently with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff
• Adhere to stringent facility protocols and demonstrate best practice patient care
• Manage and troubleshoot cutting-edge surgical equipment
• Support specialty teams with additional call requirements as needed
