Travel Operating Room Technician - Biddeford, Maine

Here, you’ll collaborate with expert clinicians in a Level 1 trauma setting, engaging with cutting-edge technologies including Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robotic systems. Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours weekly guaranteed
• 1:4 weekend rotation (12-hour shifts)
• One overnight trauma call (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM); additional specialty call dependent on assignment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
• Level 1 trauma experience mandatory
• Preferred background in General, GU/GYN, Ortho trauma, ortho joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, or Endovascular procedures
• Flexible, accountable, reliable, and collaborative nature

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional perioperative support to a 26-bed operating suite with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced surgical equipment
• Adhere to hospital-issued teal scrub dress code for all shifts
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
