Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) required
• Documented experience in an ORT or Surgical Tech role (minimum one year preferred)

• Valid BLS certification
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and ensure sterile environment standards are met
• Assist surgical team with instrumentation, equipment, and supplies during procedures
• Practice proper sterilization and infection control protocols
• Anticipate and respond to surgeon and team needs during surgery
• Contribute to post-operative care and cleanup
• Maintain detailed surgical documentation
