Schedule/Hours:
- 4x10 or 4x12 Day/Evening rotation (both weekday and weekend shifts included)
- Expect to try evening shifts initially, then schedule based on skill alignment
- Days scheduled if not needed on evenings
- Two weeks of night shifts per contract
- At least two short call shifts every four-week schedule
- 4x10 evening: 1p-11p; 4x10 day: 7a-5:30p M,T,Th,F; 9a-7:30p W
- 4x12 evening: 11a-11p; 4x12 day: 7a-7:30p M,T,Th,F; 9a-9:30p W
- Weekends: 12-hour shifts scheduled when applicable
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Nursing - ORT in a high-capacity operating room
- Current, active nursing licensure
- Strong adaptability and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multidisciplinary settings
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to exceptional patient care
Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and nursing staff during operative procedures
- Maintain surgical equipment and ensure sterile environments
- Support patient preparation, monitoring, and post-op care
- Participate in shift hand-offs and uphold best practices in surgical procedures
- Respond to on-call needs as scheduled

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
