You will be assigned to a prominent hospital, engaging with cutting-edge technology and procedures in a bustling operating room. Schedule/Hours:

• 4x10 or 4x12 hour shifts with day/evening rotation
• Rotating between evenings (e.g., 1p–11p or 11a–11p) and days (e.g., 7a–5:30p, 9a–7:30p, or 7a–7:30p, 9a–9:30p)
• Occasional 12-hour weekend shifts; 2 weeks of nights per contract
• Includes at least 2 short-calls every 4 weeks and some weekend coverage

Qualifications:

• Current nursing license
• Proficiency as an Operating Room Technician (ORT)
• High-capacity OR experience required
• Prior experience in large, fast-paced healthcare settings preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, nights, and weekends

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in operating rooms during procedures
• Maintain a sterile environment and ensure all instruments are prepared
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia teams
• Support patient care before, during, and after surgery
• Uphold facility protocols and safety standards
