Travel Operating Room Technician - Brockton, MA

Schedule/Hours:

• 13-week contract; start dates available 5/11 or 5/26
• Options for 4x10 or 4x12 Day/Evening rotations
• All travelers will try evenings first to assess skills/fit, then potentially rotate to days
• Includes 2 weeks of nights per contract
• Expect at least 2 short calls every 4 weeks and weekend shifts
• Shifts:
  • 4x10 evenings: 1p-11p
  • 4x10 days: 7a-5:30p M,T,Th,F; 9a-7:30p W; weekends are 12-hour shifts
  • 4x12 evenings: 11a-11p
  • 4x12 days: 7a-7:30p M,T,Th,F; 9a-9:30p W

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active Nursing credential with ORT skillset
• Previous experience in a high-capacity operating room environment
• Flexibility to transition between evening, day, and night shifts
• Adaptability for weekend and short-call rotations

Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert intraoperative care in a variety of complex surgical procedures
• Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary surgical teams
• Ensure strict adherence to hospital safety and infection control standards
• Respond efficiently to rapid changes in surgical scheduling

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
