Primary Responsibilities:

• Support surgeons and nursing staff before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Prepare operating rooms with necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Maintain strict aseptic technique throughout all procedures
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and respond promptly
• Perform instrument counts and help ensure patient safety
• Assist with the transfer and positioning of patients
• Participate in the cleaning and restocking of the operating room after procedures
