Travel Operating Room Technician | Charleston, South Carolina

Schedule:

• 4x10 hour day shifts
• Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am – 2:30 pm
• No call required

Qualifications:

• Current certification in surgical technology
• Valid BLS certification
• At least 1 year of recent surgical tech or operating room technologist experience preferred
• Must reside at least 50 miles outside Charleston
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surgical instruments and supplies for operative procedures
• Assist surgeons and nurses during surgeries, anticipating needs for instruments and materials
• Maintain a sterile environment throughout procedures
• Support the operating room team with setup, breakdown, and infection control practices
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards
