Surgical Technologist in Cleveland, OH

Schedule:

• 13-week contract
• 5x8 hour shifts
• Mids: 11:00 am start time

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Surgical Technologist (ORT) or equivalent
• Current BLS certification
• NTCMB certification required
• Experience assisting in the operating room and adapting to fast-paced settings
• Strong understanding of surgical instrumentation and aseptic technique
• Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain a sterile surgical environment, ensuring all instruments and supplies are accounted for
• Assist surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia providers throughout pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases
• Anticipate needs during procedures and respond swiftly to changing situations
• Safeguard patient safety and support best practice infection control
• Collaborate with team members for accurate documentation and seamless workflow
