Gain hands-on experience in a state-of-the-art operating room that leverages innovative technologies like the Da Vinci robotic system and Epic EMR. Collaborate with seasoned professionals and multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care from pediatric through adult populations. As a certified Surgical Technologist, you’ll have the chance to refine your clinical abilities while observing different leadership styles and protocols that foster professional growth.

Schedule:

  • 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • On-call required
  • One weekend a month rotation

Qualifications:

  • Valid Surgical Tech certification (NBSTSA or NCCT, or qualified grandfathered experience)
  • Current BLS certification
  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Surgical Tech, including trauma and neuro
  • Prior scrub experience required
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn the Da Vinci robot and Epic EMR
  • Experience across general and robotic surgeries in an OR setting
  • Must meet facility’s compliance and credentialing standards

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with surgical procedures including trauma, neuro, and robotic cases
  • Prepare and maintain sterile fields and instrumentation
  • Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and surgical teams for quality patient outcomes
  • Participate in on-call schedule and weekend rotations
  • Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols
