Schedule Details

• Daylight shifts, rotating weekly:
  • 5:30am–2:00pm
  • 6:30am–3:00pm
  • 7:30am–finish (typically 4:00–4:30pm, including elective cases and add-ons)
• Weekend call required: 6:00am–6:00pm, two weekends in a six-week cycle
• No weekday call required; 7:30am shift may extend past scheduled hours to complete cases

Qualifications

• Nursing - ORT, Surgical Tech (Certified or Non-certified)
• Commitment to flexible shifts with occasional extended hours
• Ability to work collaboratively within a small, efficient team
• Prior experience in orthopedic OR setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Support surgeries in two orthopedic ORs
• Ensure all cases, including add-ons, are completed to the highest standards
• Cooperate closely with RN and scrub team members to deliver outstanding patient care
• Adhere strictly to safety, sterility, and compliance protocols
