• Proven experience working in operating rooms or as a certified ORT.

• Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Current BLS certification required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring all instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies are ready.
• Serve as a vital member of the surgical team to maintain a sterile field and anticipate the needs of surgeons.
• Handle surgical instruments and supplies, passing them safely to surgeons and assistants as needed.
• Assist with patient positioning, draping, and adherence to infection control protocols.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and restock as necessary to maintain smooth surgical operations.
• Adhere to all facility policies and regulatory standards for safety, quality, and patient care.
