Schedule/Hours:

• 3/12s: 0600-1830
• 4/10s: 0600-1630
• 1 weekend of call per month, plus 1-2 call days during the week

Desired Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of recent experience as a CVOR Surgical Technologist
• National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) Certification – CST
• Demonstrated expertise in cardiac, vascular, and robotic surgeries
• Ability to respond promptly to call requirements, including weekends and some weekdays
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in diverse perioperative teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and nursing staff during complex cardiovascular, vascular, and robotic procedures
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields and surgical instruments
• Collaborate efficiently with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Respond to on-call duties as scheduled, maintaining readiness for urgent surgical interventions
