Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Surgical Technician—certified or non-certified, or Nursing-ORT
• Current BLS certification required
• Previous OR experience highly preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to new environments and protocols

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and nurses throughout operative procedures
• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and sterile fields in advance of surgery
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of surgical equipment
• Support the medical team in patient preparation and transport
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety standards
• Accurately document perioperative activities
