Operating Room Technician - Decatur, Georgia

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• On-call responsibilities as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience working as a Surgical Technologist
• Certification preferred but not required
• Demonstrated expertise in trauma surgery
• Experience with orthopedic, neuro, and vascular cases
• Flexible and adaptable under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment
• Assist surgical staff during complex trauma, orthopedic, neuro, and vascular procedures
• Handle and maintain surgical instruments and supplies
• Anticipate the needs of surgeons and respond promptly during operations
• Maintain accurate and detailed case documentation
• Participate in room turnover and post-operative clean-up
